The Four Seasons hotel introduces hologram concierge services

The Beverly Wilshire in Los Angeles, a Four Seasons hotel, is pioneering a new level of guest service with access to a holographic in-room concierge service.

Equipped with hologram devices developed by tech start-up Proto, the penthouse and presidential suites at the hotel now offer guests the ability to interact with hotel staff via lifelike holograms.

The tabletop device, known as M, uses cameras to capture the subject and project their image in real-time onto the device’s screen, creating the illusion of face-to-face interaction. This cutting-edge technology, powered by a sophisticated software platform, allows guests to engage with holographic staff members, whether as live projections, recordings or digital avatars.
