Broc Shot is a once daily wellness shot which is powered by Sulforaphane, a super antioxidant found in broccoli sprouts. Sulforaphane is rated as one of the leading anti-aging ingredients, as it allows us to cope with the stressors and harmful compounds we are exposed to on a daily basis. It protects cells from environmental carcinogens, enhances our immune system and normalises bowel movements.
The Broc Shot website has a Learn section in the menu, which includes information about “Sulforaphane,” “Good Poop,” and “Collagen.” The “single shot of Broccoli Sprouts with 15mg of Sulforaphane” is taken by pushing the broccoli sprout powder into the purified water (its efficacy degrades after 10 minutes, so it can’t be pre-mixed), shaking it and taking it.
It is advertised as improving “your beauty, body and brain.” A one-time purchase of 10 costs $59.99 and $47.99 on a subscription basis. There are three different flavours: original, ginger + lime and pineapple + mint.
