Premium alkaline water brand ZenWTR has become the first beverage company in the world to receive the “plastic negative” certification from the Plastic Credit Exchange.
ZenWTR’s bottles are made from 100% ocean-bound plastic, and the brand has been given the prestigious certification after committing to fund the recovery and recycling of more than 200% of its annual plastic footprint each year.
To do this, ZenWTR backs projects in at-risk coastal environments in Indonesia, Thailand and Ecuador, as well as working with the Plastic Credit Exchange to fund projects in other developing countries around the world.
