Nuldam Space is the vegan café that lets you write a letter to your future self

Nuldam Space has three café locations in Seoul, South Korea, offering vegan bites and drinks. It also features a letter writing station where customers can write themselves a letter, seal the envelope with real wax and place it in a corresponding date cubby hole. When the date is reached, the café will post the letter.

The most aesthetic and visually appealing café is located near Gyeongbokgung Palace, with a spiral staircase entrance that gives access to its three floors. A rooftop seating area provides incredible views of the palace. The space is dog friendly and encourages dog owners to bring their furry friends along.

While simple in ideation, Nuldam Space makes use of curated modern design elements and a space for consumers to not only enjoy vegan goods and beverages but also connect with their inner selves by taking the time to slow down and reflect on their current state and think about their future. With more and more businesses seeking ways to engage customers and create immersive experiences to remember, Nuldam Space has created a more personalised and reflective concept that will quite literally travel with each customer through time.

There are signs that this self-reflective concept is growing, with a similar business set to open in Paris later in 2024. Café Pli has taken notice of the Korean café and is looking to expand the letter writing experience to a European audience.
