Local Kitchens is bringing curated restaurants to the suburbs

Local Kitchens is a micro food hall concept that brings together multiple award-winning restaurants under one roof. The space offers delivery, pick-up and dine-in, and continues to expand across the US with new locations.

Taking a fresh approach to traditional food halls, each space features a carefully curated selection of 5-10 popular restaurants, integrating takeaway, delivery, and dine-in options from a diverse range of restaurant brands. First opened in 2022, the concept is expanding rapidly, with four new locations in the last eight months. Further openings in Southern California and the Bay Area are also due before the end of the year.

Offering a diverse mix of local restaurants, allowing customers to mix and match orders. Local Kitchens is expanding access to interesting and great quality food in suburban areas that wouldn’t otherwise have access to this level of variety.

It also provides a platform for sustainable growth for smaller food businesses, offsetting the high costs of establishing a wider bricks and mortar presence, as well as a seamless online to offline service for customers.
