In August 2024, sports retailer Gymshark and cereal brand Surreal teamed up to debut a new, limited-edition cereal called Cardi-Os, packed with protein to entice active individuals who need to get a quick fix of protein in the morning.
As a means to help Gymshark’s community meet their fitness goals, the cereal positions itself as a quick morning meal to ensure serious athletes and regular gym-goers alike have an easy protein rich addition to their day.
With 13g per serving, twice the amount of protein found in 2 eggs, and only 1g of sugar, this cereal offers another option for protein intake beyond protein shakes. Currently the cereal is offered in a strawberry milkshake flavour and is available on both Surreal and Gymshark’s online shops.
