Drest collaborates with Bakeup for a collection of virtual make-up looks

Drest, the gaming platform, has partnered with avant-garde beauty brand Bakeup to create an exclusive collection of virtual make-up looks.

Using the Beauty Mode of the beauty and fashion styling app, users can select from seven vibrant and surreal looks for their avatars. British celebrity MUA and Bakeup co-founder Jo Baker designed the looks specifically for a virtual environment, opting for experimental and playful styles that push the envelope.

The collaboration aims to offer players a digital space to experiment with Bakeup’s products before making real-life purchases. By immersing themselves in these virtual looks, users can tap into their creative side and discover the transformative power of the looks.

One of the featured looks – the Disco Veiler Eye Adornment – combines illusion mesh and micro-crystals to create a mesmerising and sparkling effect around the eye area. Another option, Playbox by Jo Baker, allows gamers to embellish their avatar’s face with a touch of sparkle in the corner of the eye or go all-out with a striking lightning bolt across the entire face.

To celebrate Pride Month, two additional exclusive make-up looks will be unveiled in June, adding to the diverse and inclusive range of options available to users.
