Belgian air carrier Brussels Airline has launched a self-serve beer bar for Business Class passengers featuring a range of eight different Belgian beers.

The service is available on the airline’s long-haul flights in its Airbus 330 airplanes. While the self-serve aspect of the bar is available only to Business Class passengers, the beers are complementary to all.

As well as reflecting the airline’s identity as a Belgian brand, the bar adds a more premium feel to Business Class by allowing passengers to feel at home by grabbing themselves a drink whenever they feel like it. The airline has described the new addition as contributing to a service similar to a ‘boutique hotel in the air’.
