Bentley Motors is entering into the residential market with the launch of its inaugural Bentley-branded tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, Florida.
The opulent tower block will house 216 luxury residences, created in collaboration between Bentley, architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects and Dezer Development. The tower will feature an innovative vehicle lift, the “Dezervator,” allowing residents to effortlessly make their way up from the road directly to their apartments without stepping out of their cars.
Equipped with an RFID system, the lift recognises residents’ cars upon arrival, guiding them to the appropriate Dezervator for direct access to their floor. This sophisticated technology operates seamlessly, requiring no manual input from the driver.
The tower embodies Bentley’s distinctive and luxurious design language throughout, including diamond-shaped glass facade panels that refract natural light and elegant diamond-patterned lobby flooring. Each residence caters to luxury car owners, providing an in-unit multi-car garage accommodating up to four cars per home, all with access to the car elevator at the building’s core.
Rising 61 stories and reaching a height of 749 feet, the tower is set to redefine the skyline at Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach upon its completion in 2027.
