Opened in March 2023, the BBC Earth Experience in London is a nature-centred immersion experience that showcases the natural world.
The journey, featuring footage from David Attenborough’s documentary series Seven Worlds, One Planet, opened in London on March 30, 2023.
The BBC Earth Experience is designed to connect humans with Earth. Through projections on multiple angle screens, viewers are immersed in the natural world. The 360-degree audio visual journey showcases plants and animals from the most iconic landscapes and helps visitors truly step into nature. In different breakout zones, visitors can ‘dive into the depths of Water World, marvel at the sweeping landscapes of the Vista Stage, and test your bravery by getting close to creepy crawlies in our Micro Life zone’.
By using immersive technology to its advantage, the experience helps people to feel reconnected with nature and allows them to refocus on the outdoors and ecosystem.
