Neko Health Centres provide a comprehensive and ultra-fast health scanning service in a comfortable and upscale environment.
The company’s first clinic opened in Stockholm in 2023, with another centre now open in London’s Marylebone. The body scanning process takes just ten minutes and is followed by a consultation with a doctor.
With 70 sensors collecting over 50 million data points, Neko’s technology combines high-resolution 2D and 3D imaging, thermal analysis and cardiovascular evaluations to evaluate users’ health. The procedure is non-invasive, allowing customers to feel more comfortable during the procedure. Neko has developed its own AI system to process the vast amount of collected data and identify potential health issues. Results from the scan are ready within an hour, removing the anxious waiting period. All medical diagnoses and decisions are made by a doctor, not just the AI system. This human oversight adds an important layer of verification to the results and helps to put patients’ minds at ease.
Priced at £299 the procedure includes a full body scan, doctor reviewed diagnosis if applicable, and access to the company’s health app. Within the app, users get a summary of their health data as well as longitudinal tracking to follow their health trends over time and personal health data storage.
Neko is reducing the burden on the existing healthcare system by offering more frequent and comprehensive screenings compared to standard preventative care. By emphasising preventative care, Neko aims to reduce the occurrence of chronic diseases, which account for 75-80% of healthcare spending, according to Atomico.
