Toymaker Lego hosted a limited-time botanical café in celebration of the launch of its two new Botanical Collection sets and Valentine’s Day.
Located in Taipei, Taiwan, the café was open for only two weeks, from 1-14 February, making it the perfect Valentine’s date spot.
Lego collaborated with flower fanatics and avid builders in the area. In partnership with WaveFlower2018, a local Taiwanese florist, the café showcased a test tube bouquet wall, potted plants, and an extensive flower wall, all made of a mix of live flower and Lego arrangements.
Lego also obtained the help of Taiwanese builders to spotlight their own botanical creations in the pop-up. Additionally, those who purchased any box set of the Lego Collection series and the Botanical Collection flower art series received a limited-edition ‘30634 Flower of Friendship’ packet. Although food and drink was unavailable to order, all the mugs, cakes, deserts, and decorations were made of bricks, contributing to the overall experience.
The event was designed to celebrate LEGO’s new botanical sets; 10313 Wildflower Bouquet and 10314 Dried Flower Centerpiece. Both were launched February 1, 2023 online and in stores.
